| Description: Masters 60 min Thursdays 8:30-9:30pm This program is developed for adults over the age of 18 who are interested in learning the skills of Artistic Swimming. It is aimed at adults who are new to the sport, or have limited experience in the past. Swimmers will be taught basic skills such as sculling, eggbeater, figures and routine swimming. It is a great way to have fun, learn new skills and build fitness! |
